We congratulate our own, Namutegere Elisha U.A.C.E Candidate 2019, who was declared the overall best in U.A.C.E. 2019 according to Daily Monitor of Monday 2, March 2020. He scored 2 AAA 2 in PCM/SC. This is a great achievement to us and we can’t take it for granted, we therefore congratulate him for making us proud. Ndejje SSS will always shine and go higher and higher.Â
