Ndejje SSS Chemistry guru has made it. Stuart Ben Mukiibi wedded Esther Kisakye, a staff of the Ministry of Health last weekend at St. Mark’s Cathedral, Luwero. When he graduated with a Master of Science in Chemistry last Graduation Ceremony of Makerere University, we told him that isn’t enough. He needed another certificate called Marriage Certificate.
